Your privacy matters

ShortlistMe is designed from the ground up to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or process your personal data on any server.

No database, no servers

ShortlistMe does not store any personal data, resumes, or usage information in any database. We have no backend infrastructure that receives or retains your data.

Data stays in your browser

The only data retained between sessions — such as your Anthropic API key and resume content — is stored in your browser's local cache. This data lives exclusively on your device and is only accessible by you.

Direct communication with Claude

All requests are sent directly from your browser to the Claude API (Anthropic). ShortlistMe never acts as a middleman. Your resume content and job descriptions are transmitted directly to Anthropic's servers under their privacy policy and are never routed through our infrastructure.
